KG is bringing her signature Stilettos with KG experience to Seattle for the first time—and you don’t want to miss it! A former NBA dancer for the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings, Krystal blends professional performance training with a bold, empowering heels class focused on technique, confidence, attitude, and most importantly, enjoying the moment!

This class is open to all levels, from beginners stepping into heels for the first time to experienced dancers looking to elevate their performance quality. KG’s high-energy, supportive teaching style helps dancers build stronger fundamentals, sharper performance skills, and confidence.

Expect great music, positive energy, and a room full of students hyping each other up in a judgment-free learning environment. Come ready to move, take up space, and leave feeling strong, sexy, and unapologetically YOU.

Class will include a complete warm-up, balance technique, and a choreography combination, with focus on heels technique, musicality, and performance development.

All levels welcomed and encouraged. Modifications provided for beginning dancers.
