Welcome Natasha for her first time teaching in Sacramento! Natasha is a UMass Amherst graduate with a triple major in Dance and an impressive teaching background across Massachusetts, Boston, Honolulu, and currently weekly in Littleton, MA. Natasha invites you into a space rooted in empowerment, self-expression, and confidence, where you’re encouraged to explore and redefine what sexy means for you.

Class will include complete warm-up, choreography combination and everything sensual in-between. For Natasha, heels aren’t just a shoe—they’re a feeling and a celebration of individuality. Come ready to move, sweat, and step fully into your power!
