Join Elle Garcia in her first Reggaeton Heels pop-up in Sacramento! This class is about stepping into your power and finding confidence through movement! Elle will start with a warm-up to ground your body and connect you to your strength and balance. Moving into drills that focus on transitions, control and building comfort in your heels.

Class will include a choreography combination that challenges you to dance with intention and express yourself fully. Whether you’re new to heels or have experience, Elle will guide you to build strength, presence and confidence! Don’t miss this opportunity for training with Elle!
